Hōjō Satoshi never did like ransacking through trash on his days off. It wasn't as if it were his duties to help but girl--but he'd decided long ago that Ryūgū Rena was not to be trusted coming here alone. She could very well hurt herself on something or worse, she could get buried under falling trash not so much unlike the avalanche of winter, never to be heard from again. Satoshi hated the smell of garbage but he had to admit spending time with Rena was mildly amusing. Digging through a small pile of used clothing he could not help but notice all the unused t shirts. Some clothing is so unappreciated, he thought.
One glance and he could tell that someone had recently dropped the shirts off. Because just a few feet from where he found it the youth could see footprints, just who in there right mind would sneak into a junk yard just to drop off several shirts within a plastic bag? Some people were just naturally weird and Satoshi guessed whoever done this would surely fit into that category.

Not far from the blonde youth was a trash heap a size of a mountain, discarded toys, clothes, magazines, and anything of the like slid down as the middle of it seemed to move, as if there was something inside it. Suddenly, a sharp cry resounded and a girl emerged from the pile of trash, "Hau!" She climb out of the pile, and afterwards checked her dress to pat away any paper. Blue eyes scanned the white dress she wore, along with her black socks that mostly covered her legs. There wasn't anything that she spotted, but her dress was a little dirty. The orange-haired girl gave a pout, puffing her cheeks as her brows furrowed. She didn't get what she wanted from the heap! who knew diving into trash was so exhausting?
Yes, the girl wasn't hurt, nor was she suddenly surprised by falling trash, but instead she actually dived into a heap to find some items. It was her first time doing such a thing, but Rena thought it would be a good tactic, especially if she wanted her 'Kenta-kun'. Thinking of the model, Rena wandered onti the pile and leaned over it to see the small crack of the pile. Undernearth it and staring right back at her was the glassed eyes of the Kentucky Fried Colonel himself -- or as Rena like to call him 'Kenta' for short. Ever since she laid eyes on him early this month, she had a desire to save him under all the piling trash on him and to take him home. Why? Well, because he was cute of course! His strange beard, his joyful grin, and his beaming glasses gave him a Southern American charm, something that was hard to find in Japan, especially in her small town. There wasn't much here but Rena didn't mind; she liked it here, and knew that she was meant to stay here.
The orange-haired girl gave a small smile. "Don't worry, Rena will save you soon! But later though." Her azure eyes looked up to the light orange sky, "It's getting late... Father might be worried if Rena spends anymore time here. But I will come back! Promise!" She gave a light-hearted laugh before giving a good-bye wave at the doll. She then set off, getting off of the trash pile, onto the dirt ground, and walked off in the other direction. However, the closer she was towards the exit, a loud noise became clear.
Shuffle, shuffle.
"...." Rena stopped, her eyes narrowed and quietly shuffled close to a heap nearby. Who could be in her Treasure Spot at this time? Nobody came here, nobody but Rena. Even her friends, who knew about her Treasure Spot, didn't even bother to come around here. She also knew that the area didn't have any workers or guard dogs, because nobody would come to a trash area to cause trouble. The whole thing was fishy, fishy indeed. The girl's breathing hushed as she felt her heartbeat become more violent; she instantly went into 'defense mode'. She thought of the person, or thing, to be male as the breathing patterns and how heavy their footstops were seemed to say so. If they were male, then they would have to be taller than she. I have to find something, and fast. They're blocking the only cleared way to the exit and if I go any other way then I'll cause some commotion. [/i].[/blockquote]
